The rice ball machine achieves efficient forming through mechanical transmission and precise control. The core process consists of four steps:
Rice Pre-treatment: After steaming, the rice is cooled to a suitable temperature (30-40℃) to ensure moderate viscosity and prevent sticking to the mold, preparing it for forming.
Quantitative Feeding: A vibrating plate or screw feeder delivers the rice evenly into the forming cavity, precisely controlling the weight of each rice ball (adjustable from 15-50g).
Pressure Forming: Pneumatic or electric-driven molds extrude the rice, quickly forming it into the set shape. Some models simultaneously inject filling, achieving integrated filling and wrapping.
Automatic Discharge: The formed rice balls are discharged via conveyor belt or turntable, directly entering the packaging or sales stage, requiring no manual intervention throughout the process.
