Heating System
Heating Elements: Typically use stainless steel heating tubes (such as finned heating tubes) or heating wires, distributed at the bottom or sides of the fryer.
Temperature Control Device: Includes temperature sensors (such as thermocouples, thermistors) and a controller (mechanical knob or electronic display) for setting and monitoring the oil temperature.
Fryer Body: Made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, with good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, used to hold cooking oil and place food to be fried.
Electrical Control System
Includes power switches, overload protection devices (such as fuses, circuit breakers), and relays to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
